Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC16A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,805 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC16A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY26P, TNNC2, and ZWINT. Each is linked with SEC16A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC16A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC16A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY26P grouped by SEC16A-low versus SEC16A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC16A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC16A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
