SEC14L6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,615 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRTO4, KNTC1, and POLD1. Each is linked with SEC14L6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L6-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC14L6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC14L6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
