Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC14L6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEC14L6 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher SEC14L6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC14L6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and CESC show a favorable association.

LGG, UVM, and KIRC are the cancer types where SEC14L6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
