Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC14L5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 650 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC14L5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, GINS1, and CTSH. Each is linked with SEC14L5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC14L5-to-partner and partner-to-SEC14L5 results are reported.
