SEC11C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,144 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23B, CRELD2, and SDF2L1. Each is linked with SEC11C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC11C versus SEC23B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
