Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEC11C RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEC11C data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SEC11C RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEC11C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and HNSC show a favorable association.

UVM, MESO, and HNSC are the cancer types where SEC11C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
