Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,952 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC11C-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHJ3, POU2AF1, and LAX1. Each is linked with SEC11C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC11C versus IGHJ3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
