Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 281 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEC11C-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYG1P2, MIR98, and NDUFA4P2. Each is linked with SEC11C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GYG1P2 grouped by SEC11C-low versus SEC11C-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
