The most reproducible SEC11C-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Ku80, and C-Raf. Each is linked with SEC11C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11C results are reported.
