SEC11C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEC11C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,048 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endodermal cell differentiation, Cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion. Each is linked with SEC11C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11C-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endodermal cell differentiation grouped by SEC11C-low versus SEC11C-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
