SEC11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,836 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS2, EID1, and MORF4L1. Each is linked with SEC11A in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC11A versus COPS2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
