SEC11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,152 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFL1, RTF1, and AKAP13_S983. Each is linked with SEC11A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEC11A versus EFL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
