SEC11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, RNA5SP411, and AKAP5. Each is linked with SEC11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by SEC11A-low versus SEC11A-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEC11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEC11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
