Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEC11A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEC11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, FoxM1, and Heregulin. Each is linked with SEC11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEC11A-to-partner and partner-to-SEC11A results are reported.
