Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,189 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P4, RPL17P12, and RNU6-1052P. Each is linked with SDS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDS-to-partner and partner-to-SDS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P4 grouped by SDS-low versus SDS-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
