Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, ERK2, and G6PD. Each is linked with SDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDS-to-partner and partner-to-SDS results are reported.
