Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADIPOQ, OR5P2, and ETDC. Each is linked with SDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDS-to-partner and partner-to-SDS results are reported.
