Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SDR9C7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SDR9C7 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SDR9C7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SDR9C7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, PRAD, and COAD are the cancer types where SDR9C7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
