Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDR9C7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,220 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDR9C7-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL1, SLC35E4, and TOP3B. Each is linked with SDR9C7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR9C7-to-partner and partner-to-SDR9C7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDR9C7 versus YPEL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDR9C7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDR9C7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
