The most reproducible SDR9C7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with SDR9C7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR9C7-to-partner and partner-to-SDR9C7 results are reported.
