Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDR39U1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,063 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDR39U1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TINF2, PABPN1, and CHD8. Each is linked with SDR39U1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR39U1-to-partner and partner-to-SDR39U1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDR39U1 versus TINF2 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDR39U1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDR39U1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
