Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDR16C5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,594 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDR16C5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome membrane docking, Protein localization to cell surface, and Maintenance of blood-brain barrier. Each is linked with SDR16C5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR16C5-to-partner and partner-to-SDR16C5 results are reported.
