Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDR16C5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDR16C5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF21, TACR3, and OR6C76. Each is linked with SDR16C5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDR16C5-to-partner and partner-to-SDR16C5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF21 grouped by SDR16C5-low versus SDR16C5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDR16C5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDR16C5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
