Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51C, SKA2, and GSR. Each is linked with SDK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDK2-to-partner and partner-to-SDK2 results are reported.
