Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHDP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,060 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHDP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation, Obsolete selective autophagy, and Maintenance of protein location. Each is linked with SDHDP6 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHDP6-to-partner and partner-to-SDHDP6 results are reported.
