SDHD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,725 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PELATON, SLC25A14, and GLA. Each is linked with SDHD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHD-to-partner and partner-to-SDHD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHD→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
