Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,227 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDHC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, RPRD2, and TIPRL. Each is linked with SDHC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHC-to-partner and partner-to-SDHC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHC versus BROX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
