Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,729 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHST11, RHOBTB1, and BUB1B. Each is linked with SDHC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHC-to-partner and partner-to-SDHC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHC versus CHST11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
