SDHB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,577 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUDC, UBL7, and YTHDF2. Each is linked with SDHB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHB-to-partner and partner-to-SDHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHB versus NUDC in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
