SDHB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 342 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP421, RNU6-1198P, and MIR6075. Each is linked with SDHB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHB-to-partner and partner-to-SDHB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP421 grouped by SDHB-low versus SDHB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
