SDHAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP12-6P, MIR188, and RNU6-66P. Each is linked with SDHAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAP1-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
