SDHAF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,562 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, MYO5A, and CMTR1. Each is linked with SDHAF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF2-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDHAF2 versus CPSF7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
