SDHAF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDHAF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDHAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4B1, EIF3JP1, and IFNNP1. Each is linked with SDHAF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDHAF2-to-partner and partner-to-SDHAF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4B1 grouped by SDHAF2-low versus SDHAF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDHAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDHAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
