SDF4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,937 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, TSPAN1, and UBXN1. Each is linked with SDF4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF4-to-partner and partner-to-SDF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDF4 versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
