SDF2L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,004 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJB11, HSP90B1, and AARS1. Each is linked with SDF2L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF2L1-to-partner and partner-to-SDF2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDF2L1 versus DNAJB11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
