SDF2L1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF2L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,776 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF7, XBP1, and MZB1. Each is linked with SDF2L1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF2L1-to-partner and partner-to-SDF2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDF2L1 versus SLAMF7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
