SDF2L1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDF2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are B3GNTL1P2, ELOA3P, and MIR6508. Each is linked with SDF2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF2L1-to-partner and partner-to-SDF2L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B3GNTL1P2 grouped by SDF2L1-low versus SDF2L1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDF2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDF2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
