Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDF2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,518 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDF2L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and GDP-mannose metabolic process. Each is linked with SDF2L1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDF2L1-to-partner and partner-to-SDF2L1 results are reported.
