Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDCBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,562 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRH, TRIM29, and SLC52A3. Each is linked with SDCBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SDCBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDCBP2 versus PTPRH in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
