SDCBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDCBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, eIF4G, and ERK2. Each is linked with SDCBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SDCBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by SDCBP2-low versus SDCBP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDCBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDCBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
