Across TCGA cell cohorts, SDCBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SDCBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are APCS, LCE1C, and SLC5A8. Each is linked with SDCBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDCBP2-to-partner and partner-to-SDCBP2 results are reported.
