SDCBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDCBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,422 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDCBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL27, RNA5SP422, and LINC01039. Each is linked with SDCBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDCBP-to-partner and partner-to-SDCBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL27 grouped by SDCBP-low versus SDCBP-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDCBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDCBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
