SDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,913 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMOC2, NRK, and ISLR. Each is linked with SDC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SDC2-to-partner and partner-to-SDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SDC2 versus SMOC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
