Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,256 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMO5, MPC2, and C9orf152. Each is linked with SCYL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL3-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL3 results are reported.
