Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,139 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Free ubiquitin chain polymerization, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with SCYL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL1 results are reported.
