Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,009 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM89B, SNHG7, and C11orf24. Each is linked with SCYL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCYL1 versus FAM89B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
