SCYL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCYL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCYL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, CCL3, and HIRA. Each is linked with SCYL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCYL1-to-partner and partner-to-SCYL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by SCYL1-low versus SCYL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCYL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCYL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
