SCX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,337 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS13C, TTC38, and NKTR_S463. Each is linked with SCX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCX-to-partner and partner-to-SCX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCX versus VPS13C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
