Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,449 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with SCX in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCX-to-partner and partner-to-SCX results are reported.
