SCUBE3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCUBE3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,756 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCUBE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL10A1, CCN2, and ANTXR1. Each is linked with SCUBE3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCUBE3-to-partner and partner-to-SCUBE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCUBE3 versus COL10A1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCUBE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCUBE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
